Wall Specs
MRG is housed in a former mens' department store built in 1880 in thriving downtown Milton. The north wall was rebuilt in 2005 and the rest of the buildings' structure was reinforced with 13 tons of steel as the climbing gym evolved.
Our top roping area features a 28-foot high slab wall, a cave, vertical walls with interesting features such as cracks and a shorter beginner wall. The longest 35-foot top ropes rise up to the premiere skylight roof top for some interesting dimensional effects.
Our lead climbing area can entertain beginners to the elite. All adding up to another 3000 square feet of excitement and endless opportunity to reach your climbing goals.
We have a 2500 square foot bouldering area ranging from slab to extremely steep and features a cave. To top it off, we added a suspended geodesic dome to make it all interesting.
For the elite, we are the only public gym in the U.S. to have a Ben Moon Board . Here you can train on the same problems that some of the most elite climbers are working.

to take outside what we learned at a local climbing gym, Philadelphia Rock Gym. We were quick to learn that the gym also became our "quality time" with our teenage adults, Melissa and Max. The gym atmosphere allowed us to all be competitive and accomplish our own individual goals under one roof. We are excited and thrilled to open our doors at the Milton Rock Gym for all the young at heart interested in learning to climb or for the advanced climber looking for the opportunity to take their skill to the next level.
